One day a cement truck driver was driving
through his own neighborhood on his way to deliver a load of ready-mix wet
cement. As he was passing his house, he noticed a brand-new shiny convertible in
his driveway. He decided to check it out, and after stopping his truck, he got
out and peered into the kitchen window of his house, only to spy his wife
talking to a strange man inside.
A very jealous man, he immediately suspected his wife of cheating on him and
decided to exact revenge. Backing up his truck to the convertible, he dumped the
entire load of the wet cement into it.
He came home later that evening, smug, and expecting his wife to be waiting
to beg for his forgiveness. Instead, he found his wife, crying hysterically as
the convertible, now solid concrete, was being towed away. She explained through
her tears that she had been saving for months and months to surprise him with
his dream car for his birthday, and just as the dealer had come to drop it off
this morning, some lunatic had come by and dumped wet cement onto the car.
