A man recently purchased his first computer, but immediately had a problem
with it after setting it up. He called the manufacturer to see if they could
repair a broken cup holder. The operator was confused and asked, “What cup
holder is this?”
“The one on the side. I guess I must have pushed it too hard, ‘cause I
bent it and now it won’t retract like it’s supposed to.”
“Where is this cup holder again?” asked the operator.
“It’s on the side,” he said, “You know, the one in front of the
computer that’s supposed to slide out to hold the coffee cup while you
work.”
“I’m sorry, but do you mean you’re resting your coffee cup on the
CD-ROM drive?”
