Buffy Summers
Buffy Summers was born in January 1981, and was called to be the Slayer while attending high school in Los Angeles, where she was a popular cheerleader. But in, 1996, she became the Chosen One and came into her full powers, but had no watcher to train her. Buffy attempted to slay on her own, but while getting rid of some vampires, burned down her high school gym and get expelled from school. Meanwhile, her parents got divorced, and her mother moved them to Sunnydale, California.
After enrolling at Sunnydale High, she met her new watcher, Rupert Giles, also the school librarian, and made some friends in Willow Rosenberg and Xander Harris, both of whom soon learned her true identity and wanted to help. Over the years, Cordelia Chase also became a friend of sorts, and Oz, later Willow’s boyfriend, joined the Scooby-Doo gang as well. They managed to save the world more than once, and Buffy eventually learned to accept her destiny.
Buffy also developed a relationship with Angel, a vampire cursed with a soul. When he experienced true happiness/had sex with Buffy, he lost it once more. But even after his soul was restored, they realized a future together was doomed, so for her own good, he left Sunnydale. Buffy coped and is now involved in a relationship with Riley Finn, a grad student who also happens to hunt demons by night. She also attends UC Sunnydale while continuing to save the world with Xander, Giles, and Willow, and some few new friends as well.
