Born to Herbert, a math teacher, and Barbara, an
artist, Seth Green, 26, has been working in the entertainment industry
since he was a child. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he graduated with honors
from Lamberton High School in 1991. As a child, he got his start in commercials
for products such as Froot Loops and Jello Pudding Pops. He has also appeared in
numerous TV shows and movies (including a role as Alyson Hannigan's love
interest in 1988's "My Stepmother Is An Alien"). Seth also had a part
in the movie “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” and although his part ended up on
the cutting room floor, there is a still photo of him as a vampire on the back
of the video box. Since his part on the series, he has had major roles in many
feature films (including the hit “Austin Powers”) and was named one of the
top 100 most creative people in entertainment on Entertainment Weekly’s
1998 “It List.” Although he is no longer with the cast of the “Buffy”
series, Seth can be seen in the upcoming film "Knockaround
Guys," which also stars John Malkovich and Barry Pepper and is a tale about
four sons of well-known mobsters who head to a small Montana town looking for
money. While he continues his acting, Seth is also
interested in producing, and enjoys playing pool and watching movies. He
currently resides in Los Angeles.
