Justin Timberlake is my man

My name is Angela, I am 21 years old, and I am obsessed with Nsync! What am I thinking?! I am not 14 years old anymore… and these guys aren't half as talented as NKOTB (or are they?). All I know is that I am way too old for this crap.

Everywhere I go, I hear them: JC, Justin, Lance, Chris, and Joey. Their faces and catchy tunes have bombarded the television and radio airwaves. I find myself humming along, if not blatantly singing, whenever I hear those oh so popular songs on the radio.

I recently attended a concert of theirs. Screaming little girls, some of whom were in tears, surrounded me. At first, I found myself laughing at these immature little children, then the next thing I know, I am jumping up and down and screaming with them.

I pre-ordered the "No Strings Attached" album to ensure that I would have a copy before the record store sold out. At times, I contemplate wearing my Nsync T-shirt out in public?! I stop myself from buying unnecessary Nsync paraphernalia such as posters, key rings and coffee mugs by reminding myself that I need the money to buy drinks this weekend.

What is it about these five guys that have me so smitten? Could it be their boyish good looks? Perhaps it is their flashy sense of style? Or maybe it's their goofy and immature personalities? I DON'T KNOW! I feel like a crazy little teenybopper. DO I honestly think I will ever meet these guys? Is my infatuation with Nsync caused by a repressed childhood? I have all these questions and no answers.

Am I some kind of a freak? All I know is that I am not going to say Bye, Bye, Bye to the boys of Nsync anytime soon, because It's Gonna Be Me that they are going to have a Digital Get Down with. As long as I keep my passion for Nsync on the down low, everything will be OK.
